Builders Clean

Removal of all builders rubble from inside/outside of the property. Scrapping of all floors/windows/walls to remove paint/cement splashes. Clean all marble/floors/tiles/doors/light fittings.

Basic Clean

Sweep & Mop all floor inside of property. Wipe down all work surfaces and a quick clean of all W/C & bathrooms.

Laundry/Ironing

Wash and iron (at premises) or all items removed for this service will be returned within 24hrs.

Welcome Pack

We will go shopping for you to collect milk/sugar/tea/coffee/bread/butter/water(19lt) beer(4 pack) wine/cheese/eggs/toilet rolls and bring to your property for your arrival.

Pool Start-up

Thoroughly clean your pool and all equipment prior to your visit (fill pool if needed) treat water with chemicals to ensure that when you arrive your pool is ready for use, by a qualified swimming pool engineer trained in the UK At BioLab and a member of the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers. Check the pool with electronic Palin water test equipment to ensure that the correct chemicals are added and maintained to give you the best water balance.

Pool Cleaned

Winter Shutdown

Removal of all equipment (slats/ladder/corner pieces/removal of pump/clean filter) clean all equipment then put into storage (just clean sand filter) at premises if possible or safe keeping.

Project Manager

Manage/arrange any size project from retiling your patio to complete renovation/restoration of your villa/apartment and keeping your request and instruction in mind all at all times through the project. Ensuring that all trades persons are completing their tasks to the same high standards as you would expect in your own country. Security Systems

We can supply and install (by an qualified electrician) all types of security systems (Intruder alarms/security lights/emergency lights) at your Villa/apartment.

Winter Checks

Go to your property and check inside and outside for any problems from electric/water/rain/wind/mould/damp as it's not pleasant for you to return on holiday to find that there has been a problem with (electric's/water/rain/wind/mould/damp) from your property or someone else's that has gone unchecked for 1 days or a month.We provide weekly inspections from 1st Nov to 31st April  plus monthly email report.  We also offer a services to drain or put antifreeze into your solar panels at the end of the season and refill at the start of the season.

Summer Checks

Look after you home during the summer to make sure that the area around your property is safe and there are no unwanted quests stay their.We provde weekly inspections and monthly email reports during this service from 1st May to 31st Oct .  Ensure no one is using your electric/water for other projects at your expense.

General Repairs

We have several tradesmen at our disposal to tackle any job that may need to be completed/repaired at your Villa/apartment during your stay or whilst you are back in your home country. You can be sure that all work will be carried out to a very high standard as we only us people who can meet our standards.

Gardening

Tender flower beds, water lawns and flower beds as and when needed making sure it is nice and tidy.

Key Holding

We offer this service to give you peace of mind having us keep a copy of your keys we can let trades persons into you property. Hand over keys to your guests or if you lock yourselves out you don't have to wait for a locksmith to come out to let you in and hit you with a large bill.

Meet & Greet

Meet your guest at your property hand over your keys or simply show them around the property and explain some of the equipment and give them information of the local area and facilities.

Utilities Payments

We will look after all your electric/water payments all year round by paying them on you behave to ensure that none of these services are withdrawn due to none payment. You can reimburse us when you arrive back in Turkey or prior payments made to us in advance into our bank account.

Property Shutdown

We make sure that all your beds, furniture are not touching any walls. Open wardrobes doors. Check the fridge and freezer are empty and all perishable food is discarded. Turn off water, electric and gas. Go around the property making sure all windows and doors are locked.

24/7 Contact

We are always at the end of a phone call 24 hours a day 7 days a week for any problems that can occur. Call trades person (vetted by us) if needed and over see all work carried out and obtain at least three quotes when feasible. But will always keep you informed.

 

Airport Transfers

We can arrange for you or your party to be picked up at the airport (Bodrum or Izmir) by local Taxi firm (they have all the necessary documents and permit to get into the airports) in a top of the range vehicle with ample room for your luggage, to transport you to your Villa/Apartment or even hotel in comfort and safety. You can pay for this services in advance to us by paying into our UK bank account or pay the driver at collection.
